I might be going waaaaaaay out on a limb here, but your comment on
Harry Staring right at Voldy when the curse was let loose got me
wondering: is Bravery a key factor in all this? I whipped out my
handy dandy copy of GoF and on pg575 is Harry working up the courage
to face Voldemort "upright like his father." Then he uses his
Expellarimus charm (spewing red) and Voldemort uses Avada Kedavra
(spewing green). hmmmmmm...not sure what my point is. But does
anyone think bravery and "looking adversary right in the eye" has
anything to do with this topic?
