Well, Tom Riddles eye color is never mentioned, unfortunately, though
his eyes take on a red gleam in the chamber of secrets, so presumably
they were a different color before. Also, I'm sure Harry would have
noticed glowing red eyes right off the bat.
Incidentally, I was just going through trying to figure out what
color eyes everyone has, according to the books. Here's what I've
found so far:
green: Harry, Lily, & Dobby
grey: Draco, Lucius, & Cedric
silver: Ollivander & Prongs
brown: Ginny, Hermione, & Winky
black: Hagrid, Madam Maxime, Snape, & Peeves
yellow: Hooch, Crookshanks, Mrs. Norris (Filch?)
amber: Hedwig
blue: Dumbledore, Ludo, Fluer, Dudley, Lockhart, Firenze, & Karkaroff
red: Voldemort (Though others have turned red at times)
I find it interesting that we don't know the color of any of the
Weasleys eyes other then Ginny. Also, we don't know if James eye
color coresponds to the Prongs patronus. Comparing the personalities
of people with the same eye color is rather interesting, though...
