Given the Mark's properties (the burning, the connection to Voldemort
and the other DE's, etc), I would guess that it exists at more than
just a physical level.  It's actually a spiritual mark with a physical
manifestation.  So I think it would still be there even if the bearer
polyjuiced, transformed into an animal, or changed his appearance by
any other means.

I wish I could claim generosity, but it's probably just that I've
never been to a trailer park, but I've been to Florida.
