Me:

Hagrid was actually in his third year when he got expelled.  Now 
Filch is a different story.  Did he even gradute from Hogwarts?  Is a 
squib even able to go to Hogwarts?  Neveille was scared because he 
thought he was a squib, and that he wasn't going to get accepted.  
That brings up a few interesting thigns to mind.  If Filch is a squib 
and he did graduate from Hogwarts he must have had some kind of help 
getting through the exams...Mrs. Norris perhaps????  I am curius what 
everyone else thinks.
