Me:  
I think it's canon that Harry looks like his father, but has his 
mother's eyes.  There are numerous references to his striking 
resemblance to James, including seeing himself across the lake.  
Petunia is described as "horse-faced and bony" but that doesn't 
necessarily make her slight or skinny.
