So I take it that Bill is studying dragons in a trade school and not
some sort of University in Romania that trains dragon keepers?
I would think that other countries would not follow Britain's system..
The USA would probably have different levels of schools and colleges.
Salem University of Witchcraft and Wizardry, anyone?
