What makes you think Voldemort will live?

All those theories about who'll bite the dust ... What about Voldemort himself? Those 
Death Eaters are an ambitious lot, it's not too hard imagining someone like Lucius 
taking over. He might even get help from others, since Voldy now twice has failed to 
kill a child which doesn't polish his image as master wizard. 
Or, since he's hard to kill, stun him and cut out his tongue and hack of his hands so he 
won't be using magic anymore ...

Would anyhing change? Probably not, if the new leader magaes to get the support of 
the DEs - which might not be a problem if he conquered Voldy, proving he is stronger 
(or better at cheating). The organization is already there, it could continue working like 
before.

Some german generals wanted to kill Hitler because they thought the couldn't win the 
war with him, but with a different leader. DEs who've seen Voldy fail yet again might 
start thinking along these lines.
