Well, it's very easy you see. You just go up to them stand around
casually for a while then ask them who their favorite Quidditch team
is. When you say 'Quidditch', you say it loud and hard. If they say
'bless you' and hand you a tissue, then they are Muggles.

Seems simple enough.
