I agree- the motorbike Rubeus used to bring Harry to Privet Drive, a 
gift from Sirius; the same motorbike Harry saw in his dream.
 
I think it's all fine for Hagrid to arrive on the motorbike. It might 
have an 'invisibility button' like Weasley's car, but Hagrid doesn't 
know how to use it yet.

Also, how Dursleys got out of the Island-- well, I don't suppose 
Hagrid wanted to leave the bike there, so he took the boat there and 
left on the motorcycle, leaving the boat to Dursleys...

Don't know what'll happen to the bike once Sirius gets free. Sirius 
tells Hagrid to keep it despite Hagrid's attempt to return it?
"No no-- you keep it Hagrid. I told you I don't need it anymore..."
