Snape and the Turban

I apologize if this has already been discussed. Did Snape say 
anything damaging against Voldemort in his conversations with 
Quirrell? We can assume that he didn't know where Voldemort was 
hiding, for he would have shared that information with Dumbledore 
(assuming that Snape can be trusted). If Snape said anything that 
Voldemort considers disloyal, he will have a much more difficult 
(and dangerous) role as spy in Books 5-7. Does anyone have any 
thoughts about this?
