Did Snape say
anything damaging against Voldemort in his conversations with
Quirrell

The only thing we can know for certain is the fact that Snape knew that Quirrel was after the Stone. But as to whether or not he knew about Voldie is another question. IMHO, I think Snape may have suspected, but wasn't totally ready to make a firm descision (if that makes any sense). Dealing with Quirrel on his own suggests that Snape thought that Quirrel wanted the stone for himself. But as far as what Snape might have said, we don't get much of his convos with Quirrel. THe only (canon) thing I can think of is "We'll have another little chat soon, when you've had a chance to decide where your loyalties lie." (Probably not exact, I don't have my book) Which could imply that SNape has some suspicion about Voldie. Other than that, there are only very few other canon hints.
