I wonder if Draco will in fact have to save "Hermione" and thus 
redeem himself. The houses will have to unite as the sorting had 
said, and I think it will be just this type of situation that Draco 
will be put in that might change the tides. Somehow, I think he will 
come around and goodness will come through. He has made a point of 
antagonizing the "mudblood" issue to death with Hermione, and she 
specifically seems to be a target. I think in the end, he'll be the 
one to save her, or die trying.
