OOP: Weasley vs. Black and families in general

I believe that in regards to Sirius being related to the Weasly's is 
just a conicidence. He did say "if ever a family was a bunch of 
blood traiters it's the Weasleys."(OTP113). Ron did mention to Harry 
in The Sorceror's Stone that he had a reative that was an 
accountant. So from this I am surmise that yes, Mossly and Arthur 
are both in the web of pure blood familys, but that the Weasley is 
one clan that pure blood marriage is not the only otion.
