Anyone think that Mark Evans will show up at Hogwarts
"next" year? Or 
is it a coincidence that Mark shares Harry's mom's
maiden name?

If he does it should be a flint. Fudge states at
Harry's trail that no other wizard lives in the arrea
near Harry. Going on to say that a close watch was
maintained because of Harry's circumstances.  Maybe if
his family is muggle it could be explained away but if
he was recorded at birth then he should be known to DD
and the MoM.
