Well, he need the other part of the mirror in order to use it, but I 
don't know how will Harry is going to feel returning to Sirius' home, 
maybe he will not want to, who knows? In case another member of the 
Order use it, it could be Lupin. I think after Sirius, he is the next 
one close to Harry.

I think that this part is written mostly to create a relationship 
between Harry and Luna, it's the only time when the two of them talks 
to each other with nobody else close, and she is the only one that 
made Harry forget that he was angry and all. It's obvious that Luna 
is going to reappear in the upcoming book and I think Harry will like 
protecting her. I belive Harry is going to start trusting a lot on 
her.
