Dudley Dursley is a Wizard

or so I began to believe .. my hypothesis:

Dumbledore had to entice Petunia Dursley ne:Evans to make a home for 
Harry Potter in order to complete Dumbledore's protective charm. 
>From p. 836, American, quoting Dumbledore:

"I put my trust, therefore in your mother's blood. I delivered you 
ot her sister, her only remaining relative .. she took you .. she 
may have taken you grudgingly, furiously, unwillingly, bitterly, yet 
still she took you, and in doing so, she sealed the charm I placed 
upon you. Your mother's sacrifice made the bond of blood the 
strongest shield I could give you."

Why did Petunia take in Harry Potter? She loathes wizards, with 
intolerance to match the greatest of racists. So why?

I speculate that Dumbledore informed her that her son, Dudley was 
also a wizard. I also propositioned her: make a home for Harry, and 
I will suppress Dudley's innate wizarding talents. That's my theory 
and I'm sticking too it.

The passage where Dudley is attacked by Dementors might also imply 
that that he could see the Dementors. Only wizards can see 
Dementors. Well .. wizards and squibs that is.
