I wonder if anyone has ever concidered that the grease may be a 
potion that aids Snape in the occlumency/legilimency functions for 
the OOP.  Seems to me that Snape has been touted as a great potions 
master (re; by Lupin in PA) so why can't he have a new potion to aid 
him this way?  Just my thought...Phyllis
