I seem to remember Fred or George commenting at the end of PS/SS that he
always hopes they forget to send letters home to their parents reminding
them that their children are forbidden to practice magic during the
holidays. Someone mentions that these are being handed out, and that was
the Weasley twin's reaction. But yet they seem to have no problem with
being allowed to practice magic in their house. It just doesn't add up.
