I remain unswayed in my theory that Hagrid will be the one to learn 
magic late in life. Yes, he can do some magic (if illegally), but 
remember, he got kicked out of Hogwarts when he was in his third(?) 
year. (I don't have my book with me to check so I apologize and 
please correct me if I'm wrong).. and therefore doesn't know much 
magic. I think that the idea of one of the Dursleys being magical is 
a bit far-fetched. If Hagrid was to master magic it would be the 
equivalent of a middle-school dropout getting their high school 
diploma. Please feel free to disagree, and thank you.
