4) Petunia loves to spy on her neighbors. She also pretends that 
she's not interested in the celebrity divorce on the evening news 
in OOP, while  devouring every magazine article she can get her 
bony hands on. So isn't it possible that while pretending 
complete disinterest in the magical world, she secretly spied on 
Lily and treasured and remembered every single bit of 
information on  those horrid freaks she ever learned?

Pettigrew. Maybe *he* was that awful boy.
