No Tish: Perseus Evans is no character (I hope not yet! ;-) ). Actually you
can crate the name Perseus Evans out of the letters of the name Severus
Snape (it's an analogy of the cration of the name Lord Voldemort). Perseus
is a character of a Greek myth. Thats all (and I like this Perseus Evans
theory).
