ME: I haven't seen any proof that this theory is incorrect yet. I
have been working with Jake on this and think that both the movies
and books very purposely keep Hedwig and DD separate. Harry even
says in PS/SS..."I never get mail." The ONE time he does...in the
movie version...DD is not present and Hedwig sits in his place next
to McG.

ME: Sure...Hedwig is often "in the owlery," where we can't see
her/him (the gender arguement is the best one so far).

DD is such a politicaly-correct wizard and so

ME: In OotP, DD shows how he truly feels about the ministry. Not
only is he not above deceiving the MoM, he takes great glee in
defying them!

gives us makes sense and unravels at the end of the book or follows
up as a important part afterwards. If, all of a sudden, JKR turned
around and siad that DD was Hedwig, even with all refutable theories,
it wouldn't make sense. >>>
ME: If Wormtail can be scabbers...DD can be Hedwig. Plus...I have
yet to read any evidence that says that this theory MUST be
incorrect. Mostly the arguments are that it is unlikely. I don't
believe JKR is above doing the "unlikely."
