I don't think that Dumbledore would use this method to keep in 
touch with Krum if Krum were in the Order.  The security of going 
through Hermione is negligible; if anyone gets close enough to 
see the sender of a letter, that person could just as well read 
the entire letter.  And I don't think letters sent by owl post 
have return addresses, so the only way to find out who the sender 
is is to open the letter.
