Molly a Malfoy

I`ve just been wondering about this ever since I`ve read the chapter 
the most ancient house of BLack. Sirius said that Molly was a cousin 
by marriage and since Narcissa Malfoy is his cousin it might be 
possible that this is the connection between the two of them. This 
could also be the reason why Draco always taunts Ron about his 
mother.
Gimme some thoughts
