  Lady Macbeth:
  Using the term "cousin" in blunt connection like that, however, would also
suggest that Molly and Arthur were inbreeding, as Arthur was a second cousin
by marriage, IIRC.

  "Cousin" can stretch a long way in genealogy.  I'm guessing that Molly is
on another branch, and is NOT related to Lucius Malfoy, nor is she a sister
to Andromeda, Bellatrix and Narcissa.  The Malfoys only connection seems to
be through Narcissa, and Narcissa seemed to be one of three children for
that branch.  That would put Molly on a different branch, and not directly
related, only related indirectly as Sirius is.
