I think Umbridge is completely out of the picture.  She's been 
outmanuevered by students, kidnapped by centaurs, and run off the 
grounds by Peeves.  I don't think that's the sort of stuff that 
anybody would recover from very quickly.  In her case, let's hope 
not. :)

She may have a Life Debt to Dumbledore, but I wouldn't expect to see 
him collect on it.  Just a feeling.
