Amen. JKR gave us some evidence of Remus' emotions at the time of
Sirus' death. I think that there would be a basis of Remus and Harry
developing a relationship deeper than professor and student, as both
of them were fond of Sirius. And, yes, I love the idea of
Remus/Sirius, but, even if you consider them just friends, Remus is
the last living friendly connection Harry has to James. And they both
ffeel sorrow at Sirius' demise, so that gives them an additional
bond, in a way.
