I've tried my darnedest to keep up with the gazillion posts since OOP, only 
managing to get thru a fraction of them, but I haven't seen much come up on our 
favorite twins, Gred and Forge--is the general consensus that they are 
nothing more than comic relief or will their jokeshop contribute to the eventual 
downfall of V?  I keep getting this image in my head of a mob of DE's being 
slipped a bunch of Nosebleed Nougats or Fainting Fancies ---or Canary Cremes--- and 
bursting out in feather or dropping like flies in the middle of some crazy 
battle<G>....I think it's interesting that Hermione at one point comments on the 
uselessness of what they do, yet later shows some interest in how complex the 
things really are  (sorry, can't find the page numbers).  Then there's 
Professor Flitwick leaving a portion of their swamp intact with the comment of it 
being a fine bit of magic.  On the other hand, the twins seemed pretty quick to 
blow the cover of the OotP to see their father and were chastised for this as 
being the reason they essentially aren't welcome in the Order.  All this 
attention to their abilities and their actions leaves me looking foreward to their 
role in the next two books...or do you think I'll be disappointed?
