My only problem with your statement is that I never claimed that
Sirius *was* being irresponsible. If you read later in my post, I
state that I am actually agnostic on the question of if he acted
irresponsibly or not. I have no opinion on the subject at all. 

However, the previous poster set up an "either-or" kind of situtation:
either Sirius acted out of love for Harry *or* he was being
irresponsible, I was merely pointing out--using Lupin's behavior in
PoA as an example--that the two need not be mutually exclusive.
