Me:
I couldn't agree more. Making Lupin evil would encourage a
generation of readers to trust noone in life which is a pathetically
disappointing outlook on life to have. I myself think Lupin would
make an excellent Headmaster. I mean, I don't think I am the
only one who has noticed that Dumbledore will die soon
(definitely in Harry's Lifetime), and have pondered who has that
Dumbledoresque quality. I mean Dumbledore is simply an
amazing character. And I love McGonnagal, I really do, but she is
certainly not a Dumbledore, and niether is Snape. Lupin on the
othe rhand seems to have that calm passion about him, that
understanding of others, that genuine kindness that makes a
Headmaster great. I definitely do NOT think Lupin is evil.
