A question about Mundugus?

well, it can be either of it, though ... it was a *big* meeting they
had that night. Was it because of Harry's arrival in GP or was it
just a coincidence and the meeting had been planned earlier? If the
meeting was important because of Harry's arrival (if it was then I
think that Mundungus really agreed about something with Sirius) -
what was it (the meeting) about? Would the *keeping Harry informed*
issue be something discussed at a meeting of the Order? I don't think
so because if it was discussed then there would be no argument
between Mrs. Weasley and Sirius that night. They would have to act as
it was settled during the meeting. And they *did* have an argument.
So what could be the matter discussed in a *big* meeting, during
which Sirius would be one of the "sides" (so that some people would
agree with him and some won't)?
Any thoughts?
