Aunt petunia and Hermione's parents

For a while now, I have been thinking that Aunt Petunia, may actually be a 
squib....You might be thinking Why? Would I even think such a thing. Well 
Petunia mentioned that her parents were so proud, that they had a witch in 
the family.Petunia saw Lily as a freak, but I believe that she was jealous. 
Why would muggles be happy that they have a witch in the family? JK Rowling 
hasn't really mentioned anything about Mr. and Mrs. Evans...what if they 
were a witch and wizard. Or one of them was? I truly believe there is more 
to Aunt Petunia than meets the eye.


And now for my second brainstorm thing....

Mr. and Mrs. Granger are in Diagon alley.I thought that Diagon alley could 
only been seen by magic people and entered by magical people....Which is why 
I ask the question of How do Mr. and Mrs. Granger enter Diagon alley.I know 
that daughter is a witch, so does that mean she gives them access to magical 
places. And speaking of Hermione, how is she able to do magic, whilst she is 
not in school? I think that her parents are not muggles, I think that they 
are pure bloods and they are aurors.I also believe that Dumbledore gives 
Hermione permission to practice magic outside school.Just as he gave her 
permission to use the timer, so she could do all her classes....
