The only relationship I can see happening, and that only because 
romance has nothing to do with it, is Draco/Ginny. He needs a 
pureblood partner who can reproduce and she needs to prove her mettle 
by sacrificing herself to the greater good like Lady Diana but with a 
harder head.
Epilogue: Hermione becomes McGonagall, Ron becomes Dumbledore, and 
Harry wanders off into the sunset.
