I, myself, am worried about Neville know. Voldemort does not know 
about the second part of the prophecy (assuming Dumbledore's 
interpretation about it is right). He just knows that a boy born at 
the end of July blah blah could be his downfall, therefore at least 
he might include Neville to that list. Maybe he planned to take out 
both Harry and Neville after their birth and it was just by accident, 
that he started with the Potters, and now both could be on his "most 
wanted" list.
