I sincerily doubt that Harry will make the cut. IIRC, he needs five Es, 
not necessarily in the courses you mentioned. While he will get E in 
DADA and maybe Charms, I doubt he'll get five Es. That said, Harry can 
still make auror by invitation, being who he is. I think very few 
people would discuss Harry's abilities for Auror, even if academically 
he doesn't make the cut.

In the "he needs an E to take potions". I doubt Harry will take potions 
for his NEWTS, even if he does get an E. He hates the lesson too much. 
That said, he might be told to take it by Dumbledore, in which case 
Snape will be told to accept him. But I believe that Hermione (who will 
get E in all subjects, or very nearly, of course) will take Potions and 
all the other subjects and will remain the main source of knowledge for 
Harry, providing him with the potions and spells he needs (even if he 
then goes and masters them himself).
