I think part of Harry's problem with relizing just *how* terrible
MWPP's treatment of Snape is how he was treated as a child. Canon in
book one lists Harry as a boy with no freinds who is mocked for his
taped glasses and baggy cloaths. In this case the closest parellel I
can find to James and co.s behaviour is the way Dudley's gang picked
on Harry.
