Did he? Grow out of it? Something struck me when I read the line
about Harry wondering whether James had "forced" Lily to go out with
him. The "I'll let him down if you go out with me" line morphed into
something more awful like---"It's a matter of life and death, Evans.
I'll stop it if you go out with me." Stop what? Oh, death by
werewolf perhaps?
How could I think such a thing...gosh how could I? Oh, maybe
the "Snape was a special case" rationale. And "well he didn't take
him along on dates with him and hex him in front of her!" They didn't
start dating until 7th year. (Right?) SO when the hell did he grow
out of it?

Filch has, didn't he say "God how I miss the screaming"? (That may be
movie contamination) But I know one of the twins said "Thank God!"
after telling Harry that Snape doesn't eat at #12.

Thank you!!! Where DID she get that picture of him in her head? I
don't mind her pictures of *things* but someone needs to tell her to
lay off the characters or at the very LEAST read her a description of
Snape!
