Ooh, that's very pretty. I like it. I don't know if I dare hope for
something that juicy in can(n)on, but I like it nonetheless. Has it already
been acronymed?
Anyway, I only said James seemed to have grown up a bit because of what
Lupin and Black said about his having deflated his head a bit and stopped
hexing people just for the fun of it. To me it looks like something happened
to make him quit acting like he owned the school. Something to do with the
Prank perhaps. Maybe Dumbledore realized it was time to warn him about his
behavior or something and from then on, he restricted himself to beating on
Snape in private.
Nevermind, he didn't grow up in the least. After the Prank, Dumbledore
threatened expulsion if he caught wind of anymore bullying. And of course
this would make James like Snape even less...

Good point. All I'd remembered was being startled somewhere early on in the
book that someone mentioned God, I didn't realize it happened twice. I don't
know if Filch's line was in the book either. I wish I had it with me :P
