A case for H/Hr:
Hermione is the one who gets to the point and "briskly" asks if they kissed.
When Harry confirms they did and Ron whoops Hermione does give her
digusted look to Ron but that neither confirms nor negates a ship either way--
she may be and is quite likely annoyed with Ron's immaturity and may also
be frowning at the thought of Harry with Cho.
When it seems like Hermione is supporting H/C, she may be indeed doing
this, but as we can obviously see, Hermione is also astutely aware of the
emotional and unstable feelings Cho is feeling and may --MAY-- be hoping
that supporting H/C will cause Harry to lose interest in Cho (too emotional,
too needy, too confusing, needs a rebound, etc).
Hermione does then make plans thast require Harry during the middle of
Valentines day when he is supposed to be with Cho (ok-- I totally understnad
that she had to do this when they were in Hogsmeade and at Rita's schedule
but still-- she did not too upset that Harry had to either break off the date or
bring Cho along for a date-detour).
After the date, Hermione sees Cho not talking to Harry and "brightly" asks how
it went. Then proceeds to explain girls to Harry (investment on her part??).
And of course suggests to Harry that he maybe should have told Cho that he
thinks Hermione is ugly. To which-- Harry of course says he does not.
On the train back from Hogwarts, Hermione is the one to tell Harry that Cho is
seeing someone else.
Ok, there are my points to support H/Hr from OotP. Just a list for the case.
