Me:

To me Harry's greatest judgement lapse is not forgetting the mirror,
(afterall, he promised himself he wasn't going to use it) but
trusting Kreacher. Harry himself points out the elfs suspisious
behavior and knows better that most what they are capable of. Yet he
sits there and quizes the elf instead of flooing through the fire and
yelling "SIRIUS!" at the top of his lungs. Also, if DD's in hidding,
isn't it remotely possible that he and/or other members of the Order
are hanging out at Headquarters?
