Kelly talks about Snape perhaps wanting Harry to acknowledge all he's done
to help the cause.

It is possible he didn't know. It's also possible he's trying to keep Harry
from becoming as arrogant as his father. It would be all too easy to get
haughty when you're a hero. We know Harry isn't too arrogant and he
certainly has plenty of people taking every opportunity to squash his ego,
but Snape doesn't. I think Snape, like Black, forgets that Harry is not
James.

I thought his reaction to Harry's use of the name was very interesting. He
really freaked out. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the Dark Mark
because he rubbed it, but I don't know what.
