Did anyone else notice that Hermione seemed frightened of Harry a
lot? I was re-reading the book last night and, although my mom took
the book this morning, I noticed that more than once Hermione was
described as "very nervous" or "slightly frightened" when she was
talking to him. Clearly Harry picked up on this, since it's his POV
we're reading from, but what bothers me is that he doesn't seem to
care. He feels a small bit guilty at OoP HQ when he notices Ron and
Hermione's nervousness at talking to him a lone, but Hermione's scared
reactions to him continue throughout the book. I know he's got teen
angst more than most, but when your own friends are constantly
looking scared to talk to you, shouldn't that tell you something?
