I do not think Snape deliberately let Harry saw what was in the
pensieve.
Firstly, his violent response towards Harry suggested that this was
something that he did not expect. Snape lost control in that scene,
he went pale, his lips quivered, and he even threw things at Harry's
direction. We only saw this kind of response once before, and it was
in book 3 when Snape met Sirius Black again.
Secondly, Draco was the one who called Snape away. Snape couldn't
have told Draco that he was teaching Harry potions, and then go on to
lock the pensieve. It would make the scene become even more
suspicious, and Draco would guess that it was no remedial potions
class at all. (If he had not already done so)
