The only thing holding me back on the idea that Petunia was at Hogwarts is 
that I'm *sure* Hagrid would have let it slip to Harry at some point. 
Instead, we get dialogue from him in PS/SS along the lines of "...some o' 
the best I ever saw were the only ones with magic in 'em in a long line o' 
Muggles--look at yer mum! Look what she had fer a sister!" (Chapter 5). 
This, to me, means that he believes Petunia is all Muggle and wouldn't have 
come to Hogwarts. Could he be wrong about Petunia being Muggle? Sure! In 
fact, I think he is. But I have a hard time believing that Petunia could be 
at Hogwarts for any length of time and not have Hagrid let it slip to Harry 
that she was.
