Maria answers:
'Once removed' means one of them is one generation younger, that is, one of
them is a son of a second cousin of another. I assume it is Sirius who is a
son of a second cousin of Arthur's, since Sirius is younger, but who knows?
It can be the onther way around. Family trees can get very tangled, I know
:)
