After reading OOP, we know that Harry does indeed still have the 
protection Lily's sacrifice afforded him as long as he can call the 
Petunia's house "home" once a year. So I believe that 
Dumbledore's gleam was because, Voldemort thinks that since 
he took Harry's blood in GoF, that he can touch Harry without 
causing harm to himself-- That Harry no longer is protected by 
his mother's sacrifice. We know that is not true, and as long as 
Petunia allows Harry to return to her home, Harry carries his 
mother's protection. I think this "love sacrifice" Lily made, as well 
as Harry's ability to love will end up being Voldemort's downfall.
