Well, not necessarily. Narcissa, Tonks, and Bellatrix are all
related as well. Oooh, wouldn't that just cheese Harry off if the
Malfoys got Sirius's stuff? Then again though, Sirius didn't hold
much store in the Black family or their house, so it's not like there
are any treasured items there.
It would be nice if there were a big family fortune that went to the
Weasleys.

This makes sense, but then again, once Harry gets over his surliness,
he's usually glad for Ron (except for the whole summer business).
