small thing in CoS

Just putting in my two knuts worth on this. Dwarves are used by 
Lockhart to send Valentines in CoS p176. Are they ever mentioned 
again? DD seems to be liasing with every non-human race he can find 
but I don't recall dwarves being among them. It seems they could be a 
small thing both in that they are barely mentioned and that they are 
short.
