Siriusly Snapey Susan:
Too bad my mind simply *doesn't* work like the great theorizers of
this list! About all I ever do is nod my head vigorously &
say, "Yes!" or shake my head vigorously & say, "No way!" On this
one, I'm still shrugging.

Karen:
My mind doesn't work like that either, but I've always had it in the
back of my mind that Voldemort's defeat has something to do with his
name.
The most telling clues to me are, 1. Dumbledore wants people to say
the name as we see at the very beginning with McGonagal. 2. In COS
Tom Riddle said he crafted a new name that one day everyone would
fear to say. 3. Most recently we have learned that even the DEs the
people closest to him fear hearing his name and you have to assume
that is for a very good reason. 4.It has always seemed weird to me
that if he hated having his fathers name so much that the best way he
could come up with changing it was to just rearrange the letters.
Seems to me you would change it completely so that it could never be
connected to that nasty muggle father of his.
The hardest thing is trying to come up with a way that his name can
be used to defeat him.
