Triwizard Tournament

Doesn't it seem really unfair that only 7th years (and some 6th years)
could take part in the Triwizard tourney? I mean the tournament is
held every five years, and students like Hermione and Fred couldn't
compete in that tourney or the one to be held five years later.

Also where did the aspirants from the Beauxbatons & Durmstrang study
during the school year after they were rejected by the Goblet, yet
retained as 'cheerleaders'? 


Hitesh, who thinks the Triwizard tourney should be held after every
three years.
